Must have at least 5 years of experience working as a plumber. Must be detail oriented, efficient, able to multitask, and able to work independently. General Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures Sewer repair experience Experience with gas and water line repairs; Locate and repair issues with water supply lines, such as leaks, etc. Troubleshooting service and repairs to plumbing systems Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, etc. Proficient in the use of augers, snakes, cameras, remodels and new system installations Maintain the cleanliness of their work area Must be able to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisor. Must have a valid CA driver's license. Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions, and also inside in closed or cramped spaces. Job may involve standing/walking for 8 hours a day. May occasionally call for heavy lifting and carrying of up to 50-75 pounds. This is an hourly, full time position, 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. Pay is $30 per hour plus bonuses
