Valid drivers license required. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will ensure that all plumbing work complies with local building codes and safety regulations, delivering top-quality service to our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize your technical skills, and contribute to building safe, efficient plumbing systems. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with construction plans and schematics Read blueprints and schematics accurately to determine project requirements and layout details Ensure all work complies with local building codes, plumbing regulations, and safety standards Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations and repairs efficiently Perform maintenance on existing plumbing systems, including leak detection, pipe replacement, and system troubleshooting Work collaboratively with construction teams, contractors, and clients to meet project deadlines and quality standards Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites while adhering to safety regulations Requirements Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber with a strong background in construction plumbing projects Knowledge of plumbing building codes, local regulations, and safety protocols Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately Skilled in pipe installation, pipe threading, gas piping systems, and the use of hand tools and power tools Experience with residential and commercial plumbing systems including maintenance, repair, remodeling, and new installations Familiarity with welding techniques related to plumbing applications Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate construction site equipment as needed Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to pipe sizing and system layouts Valid driver's license for commercial driving duties if required for project transportation or site visits Join us in delivering exceptional plumbing solutions that enhance safety and functionality across diverse projects.
