We are currently offering full-time positions for qualified applicants. Must be willing to work on call on weekends on a rotating basis (1-2 times a month max). Must have a valid CA drivers license with a clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, faucets, drains, water heaters, and more. Diagnose plumbing issues, identify the root cause of problems, and implement effective solutions. Conduct inspections and assessments to determine the condition of plumbing systems and provide recommendations for repairs or replacements. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job. Interact with clients in a professional manner, explaining issues, providing cost estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Adhere to safety protocols, regulations, and standards in all plumbing activities. Collaborate with team members, dispatch, and management to ensure efficient scheduling and completion of service calls. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in plumbing services.

Qualifications:

Proven experience 3-5 years+ as a plumbing installation experience or similar role. Able to work on call on a rotating basis. Ability to lift items weighing up to 100lbs safely. Possession of valid CA driver's license with good record of driving. Able to report to a manager as well as work independently and/or with a team within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, equipment, and techniques. Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve plumbing installation issues efficiently. Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor when interacting with clients. Ability to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl, or/and kneel continually.
