Plumbing Service Technician Monarch Home Services | Full-Time | Non-Exempt Monarch Home Services is expanding our services and building our Plumbing Department! We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Technician who takes pride in quality work, provides excellent customer service, and is ready to grow with our team. As a Plumbing Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and service residential plumbing systems while helping homeowners understand their options and make informed decisions about their homes. What You'll Do Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, drainage concerns, water pressure issues, fixture failures, water heater problems, and other plumbing system concerns. Perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, replacements, and service work. Inspect plumbing systems and identify needed repairs, safety concerns, and potential future issues. Clearly explain findings and repair or replacement options to homeowners. Provide estimates and recommendations in accordance with company pricing and procedures. Identify larger plumbing projects and properly turn over installation opportunities when appropriate. Test completed work to ensure systems are operating properly before leaving the customer's home. Accurately document work performed, recommendations, materials, photos, and job information in ServiceTitan. Maintain company-provided tools, equipment, inventory, and vehicle. Follow company safety procedures, applicable plumbing codes, and industry best practices. Provide a professional, respectful, and positive customer experience on every call. What We're Looking For Residential plumbing service and repair experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of residential water supply, drain, waste, vent, fixture, and water-heating systems. Ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally to homeowners. Comfortable presenting repair and replacement options based on customer needs. Ability to use mobile technology and job-management software; ServiceTitan experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with dispatch, management, and other team members. Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements. Ability to perform the physical requirements of residential plumbing service work. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development. Schedule & Employment This is a full-time, non-exempt position . Work schedules may vary based on customer appointments, business needs, workload, and department scheduling. Overtime and weekend work may be required. Meal and rest periods are provided in accordance with California law and company policy.

Compensation & Benefits Compensation:
