In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing top-quality plumbing services on residential, commercial, and industrial construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing systems are installed, maintained, and repaired efficiently and safely. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using construction plumbing techniques on various sites Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and repairs Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and other construction tools safely and effectively Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment required for plumbing projects while adhering to safety standards Conduct remodeling tasks involving plumbing systems, including fixture installation and pipe replacement Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems related to plumbing components Follow schematics and technical instructions to assemble piping systems accurately on-site Perform basic math calculations for measurements, material estimates, and layout planning Engage in carpentry tasks as needed for framing or supporting plumbing installations Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing codes and safety regulations Hands-on experience with welding, pipe threading, and working with schematics or blueprints 5+ years experience. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery, and construction equipment confidently Knowledge of construction site safety procedures and OSHA standards Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read technical drawings accurately Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site access or material transport Handyman experience or remodeling background is advantageous but not mandatory Join us in delivering exceptional service by leveraging your construction expertise!
