We are a family-owned company that has been serving Southern California since 1990 and pride ourselves on providing high-quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and a positive work environment. This position is ideal for a technician who can independently diagnose plumbing issues, communicate effectively with customers, and perform repairs safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and commercial plumbing systems. Perform repairs, installations, and replacements of plumbing fixtures and piping systems. Service water heaters, drain systems, sewer lines, gas lines, and water systems. Provide customers with clear explanations of recommended repairs and solutions. Complete work orders, photos, and documentation accurately using mobile technology. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle. Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices. Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Experience with residential and commercial service plumbing. Knowledge of drain cleaning, sewer systems, water heaters, and gas piping. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
