This training position offers a unique opportunity to develop essential skills in pipe installation, maintenance, and repair while working alongside seasoned professionals. Duties Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems on construction sites under supervision Learn to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to support accurate pipe layout and system setup Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques safely and effectively Support the measurement and cutting of pipes using basic math skills to ensure precise fitting Follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks to maintain a secure work environment Help with remodeling projects by installing or replacing plumbing components as directed Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, materials, and work areas in accordance with site standards Qualifications Construction experience or background in construction plumbing is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential Familiarity with construction site procedures and safety protocols Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings with guidance Experience with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading, welding, and pipe installation is advantageous Strong attention to detail with good basic math skills for measurements and calculations Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service when interacting with team members or clients Knowledge of building code compliance related to plumbing standards is a plus Willingness to adhere strictly to safety protocols including power tool safety and proper handling of equipment Demonstrated interest in remodeling or maintenance work within the construction or plumbing fields No experience needed but looking for people who want to learn We host walk in interviews from Monday - Saturday from 8AM-10:30AM our interviews are hosted in our main office 10936 S La Cienega Blvd 90304 after you will be relocated near home. when entering you can ask for Daisy or Leticia to get started with the interview.
