Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Journeyman Plumber and a dedicated Plumber Helper to join our team. This role involves performing residential plumbing services, including maintenance, repair, and installation tasks. The ideal candidates will have experience with water heater installation, angle stops replacement, and general plumbing operations. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects within a professional environment focused on quality service and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform residential plumbing tasks such as repairs, maintenance, and installations. Install and replace water heaters efficiently and safely. Replace angle stops and other plumbing fixtures as needed. Assist with plumbing maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) to ensure systems function properly. Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and provide effective solutions. Follow all safety protocols and industry standards during work procedures. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to client specifications. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner. Skills Proven experience in residential plumbing, including maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO). Knowledge of water heater installation and angle stops replacement. Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Valid licensing or certification as a Journeyman Plumber is preferred for the Journeyman role; relevant experience required for the helper position.
