Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber Technician and Helper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in installing, maintaining, and repairing water systems, plumbing fixtures, and drainage solutions across residential and commercial properties. Your energetic approach and technical expertise will ensure our clients receive top-quality service while adhering to safety standards and local building codes. Whether working independently or alongside experienced plumbers, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Assist licensed plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and perform repairs efficiently Conduct drain cleaning using specialized tools and techniques to clear blockages and ensure proper water flow Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing projects Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to job sites while complying with traffic laws and safety protocols Perform routine plumbing system inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate Support remodeling projects by installing new fixtures, piping systems, and water supply lines in accordance with local building codes Assist with heavy lifting of materials and equipment on construction sites while maintaining safety standards Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris properly, and ensuring job site safety at all times Requirements Prior construction experience or hands-on work in plumbing or related trades is highly preferred Knowledge of construction plumbing, residential plumbing, commercial plumbing, and remodeling practices Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, pipe threading machines, and other mechanical equipment Familiarity with local building codes and blueprint reading for accurate project execution Strong mechanical knowledge related to water systems, pipe installation, leak detection, and system maintenance Experience with welding techniques is a plus but not mandatory Good physical stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights or confined spaces on construction sites Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations or repairs Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for operating company vehicles safely Handyman experience or background in remodeling projects is advantageous Join us if you're eager to develop your skills in a supportive environment that values craftsmanship, safety, and exceptional service.
