Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumbing Technician with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in residential plumbing systems, provides excellent customer service, and can work independently while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and pipe damage Perform installations of water heaters, fixtures, piping, and repipes Conduct routine maintenance and inspections Communicate clearly with customers regarding services, pricing, and recommendations Complete job documentation accurately and in a timely manner Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site Requirements Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent customer service and communication skills Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions Preferred Qualifications Experience with PEX repipes, water line reroutes, and slab leak detection Knowledge of local California plumbing codes Certifications or trade school training What We Offer Company vehicle (if applicable) Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment Earning Potential of $100k a Year Schedule Monday to Friday Overtime available On-call/weekend rotation
