This is a full-time position for someone who can confidently handle residential service calls, work independently, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues Service and replace water heaters & tankless systems Perform fixture repairs and replacements Handle water, sewer, and gas line repairs Leak detection and repair Complete jobs efficiently with minimal callbacks Clearly document work performed for customer records

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years plumbing experience (service experience preferred) Strong troubleshooting ability Comfortable interacting with customers professionally Clean driving record Able to lift 75 lbs Able to pass background check and drug screening Ability to work independently and run service calls from start to finish
