Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Residential Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems in both new construction and remodel environments. This position requires strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and plumbing specifications. Perform rough-in and finish plumbing for new construction and remodeling projects. Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions. Install water heaters, tankless systems, fixtures, drains, sewer lines, and water supply systems. Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations. Conduct pressure tests and inspections of plumbing systems. Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and project managers. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

Qualifications:

Valid Journeyman Plumber license (or equivalent certification as required by state/local regulations). Minimum 3-5 years of residential plumbing experience. Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, codes, and best practices. Experience with new construction, remodels, and service work preferred. Ability to read blueprints and construction documents. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work in various conditions. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
