We are looking for a motivated and reliable Plumbing Apprentice to join our team. You'll assist with installations, repairs, and service calls while learning the skills needed to become a successful plumber. Responsibilities Assist lead plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance Help with tools, materials, and job site preparation Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all safety procedures and company standards Communicate professionally with team members and customers Learn and develop plumbing skills on the job Requirements Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable and punctual Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license (preferred) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions Prior construction or plumbing experience is a plus, but not required Experience 1-3 years in the plumbing trade Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic carpentry skills preferred Exposure to construction site environments and safety protocols beneficial Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately Mechanical aptitude with a strong interest in HVAC systems, welding, and pipe threading Basic math skills for measurements and calculations necessary for precise work Handyman or remodeling experience can be advantageous but is not mandatory Join us to build a solid foundation in plumbing while developing your skills in a supportive, energetic environment.
