Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces. Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to plumbing and facilities maintenance. Previous experience working in a high-tech or research facility preferred.
