We're looking for an experienced Lead Plumbing Installer who takes pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys working directly with homeowners, and can confidently lead an installation from start to finish. What You'll Be Doing As our Lead Plumbing Installer, you'll need to complete a variety of residential and light commercial installations, including: Tank and tankless water heaters Heat pump water heaters Boilers Toilets, faucets, fixtures, and pressure reducing valves (PRVs) Gas piping Water, sewer, and underground piping Whole-home re-pipes Other plumbing installation projects No two days are exactly the same, which means you'll continually expand your skills while working on interesting projects. What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who: Has 3+ years of residential plumbing installation experience Can independently complete installations with minimal supervision Has experience installing a wide variety of plumbing fixtures and water heating equipment Leads by example and works well with an apprentice or helper Communicates professionally with homeowners Takes pride in clean, organized workmanship Understands plumbing codes and installation best practices Shows up on time and is dependable every day Holds themselves to a high standard of quality Why Join John Owens Services?
