John Owens Services is looking for a top residential service plumber to join our team. We are not looking for someone who just "gets the job done." We want someone who knows how to diagnose plumbing issues, communicate clearly with homeowners, present options confidently, and deliver the kind of service that makes customers call us again. What You'll Do As a Residential Service Plumber, you will: Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential plumbing systems Handle sewer repairs, drain cleaning, and general service plumbing calls Communicate clearly with customers about findings, options, and recommendations Present estimates, review final invoices, and collect payment at the time of service Use hand tools and plumbing equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, professional work area Follow company standards and safety procedures Perform occasional heavy lifting as needed What We're Looking For The right candidate will have: 3+ years of residential plumbing experience Strong sewer repair and drain cleaning experience Valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent Excellent customer service skills Professional appearance and strong communication skills Reliable, punctual work ethic Ability to lift 75 lbs or more on an occasional/daily basis Strong written and verbal communication skills Why Join Us?
