This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse commercial sites, from office buildings to industrial facilities, ensuring that plumbing systems are installed, maintained, and repaired efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in construction plumbing, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems using hand tools, and power tools. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation of piping and fixtures. Perform pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and assembly for various plumbing configurations on construction sites. Utilize Plumbing knowledge to assist with related mechanical systems when required (Condensate installation) Operate heavy lifting equipment and perform manual labor including heavy lifting of materials and components. Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. Collaborate with project managers, electricians, carpenters, and other trades to coordinate installation activities seamlessly. Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed for project documentation. Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing within commercial or industrial settings. Strong knowledge of construction site safety procedures and OSHA standards. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately. Mechanical Aptitude and Willingness to learn Physical stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights, or in confined spaces. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to pipe fitting and installation. Experience with remodeling or handyman tasks is advantageous.
