This is an exciting opportunity for experienced construction plumbing professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to contribute their expertise to a variety of residential, commercial, and remodeling projects. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems with precision and efficiency. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in new construction, remodeling, and repair projects across diverse sites. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation of piping systems. Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and other construction tools safely and effectively. Perform heavy lifting tasks and physical work required for pipe installation, fixture setup, and system testing. Conduct system inspections to identify issues related to HVAC integration or mechanical components; troubleshoot plumbing problems efficiently. Follow safety protocols on construction sites, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA standards. Collaborate with team members on site layout, carpentry tasks related to plumbing installations, and remodeling activities to ensure project success. Experience Proven experience in construction plumbing or related trades within commercial or residential settings. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical knowledge essential for accurate installations. Hands-on experience with pipe threading, welding techniques, HVAC systems integration, and schematic layouts. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery, and perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations. Construction site experience demonstrating knowledge of safety procedures and efficient workflow management. Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site transportation needs. Additional handyman skills such as assembly or remodeling experience are a plus to support diverse project requirements.
