We provide engineering services for building systems for a wide range of projects, including school, commercial, government and medical buildings.

Mechanical BIM/CAD Technician Requirements and Job Duties:

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Etc.) Knowledge of Bluebeam Software Identify applicable sections of plans and specifications Identify necessary symbology on construction drawings Identify interdependent systems/components for coordination Setup drawings at beginning of project Update backgrounds during project Perform all necessary functions in AutoCAD and Revit Extracting pertinent data from product cutsheets Translate Designer and Project Manager diagrammatic markups onto drawings Printing and packaging plan sets for transmittal Knowledge of industry standard mechanical symbology Knowledge of industry standard plumbing symbology Ability to read and draw mechanical and plumbing sections Ability to read and draw plumbing isometrics Understanding of physical size and space requirements for mechanical and plumbing systems

REQUIREMENTS

• AT LEAST 1+ years experience performing all duties listed above
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable and prompt
