  • Full-time Overview Westflow Plumbing is a growing plumbing company serving residential and commercial customers throughout Southern California.
We specialize in service, repair, repipes, water heaters, leak detection, drain cleaning, remodels, new construction, and commercial plumbing. At Westflow, our mission is simple: provide the most reliable, consistent, and trustworthy plumbing service possible. We believe in honesty, professionalism, and continuous learning. We invest heavily in training and developing the next generation of plumbers through our apprenticeship program as well. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems Install and run various typed of pipe for various applications Install and service water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, and shower valves Troubleshoot leaks and plumbing system failures Complete job notes, invoices, and photos through our software Maintain a clean and professional work vehicle Represent Westflow Plumbing with professionalism and integrity Occasionally assist with training and mentoring apprentices Requirements 7+ years plumbing experience preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities Ability to work independently Professional appearance and communication skills Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various jobsite conditions Must be dependable, punctual, and customer-focused
