The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Residential plumbing and be proficient in various plumbing techniques and tools. This role involves working on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring that all plumbing systems are installed, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools for various plumbing tasks, including pipe threading and assembly. Perform welding tasks as needed for pipe connections and repairs. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project timelines are met. Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required during installations or repairs. Provide maintenance person services for minor repairs or remodeling projects as needed. Skills Proficient in construction plumbing techniques with hands-on experience in various plumbing systems. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. Experience with carpentry skills for related construction tasks. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations. Previous construction site experience is highly desirable. Valid commercial driving license preferred for transporting materials to job sites.
