Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems Diagnose plumbing issues and confidently present multiple solutions to customers, ensuring they make informed decisions Utilize your sales experience to educate customers on the best options for their needs while maintaining honesty and integrity Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards Provide outstanding customer service with clear, friendly communication Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and professionally
Qualifications:
Proven plumbing experience , ideally in the San Diego area Strong sales background or experience in presenting and upselling services to customers Ability to explain and offer multiple solutions to customers with confidence Valid plumbing certification and driver's license Strong troubleshooting skills with great attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
