The work includes but is not limited to relocating bathrooms, kitchens, adding washer connections, running gas, waste, and water lines. Steam fitting is a plus. Applicant should have a thorough understanding of all applicable building and plumbing codes. Applicant should be able to work independently and with others. Majority of the work is in Oakland and San Francisco with many other jobs throughout the East Bay. English and Spanish speaking preferred.
