Job Summary Experienced Plumber / Journeyman SWAGS Plumbing and Rooter | San Jose, CA Full-Time | Licensed Plumbers Welcome The Role We're looking for an Experienced Plumber who can run service calls solo. You'll handle residential jobs: sewer repair, trenchless, gas lines, water heaters, hydro jetting, leak detection, and emergency response. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair plumbing systems independently Lead installations: water heaters, tankless, fixtures, repipes, sewer laterals Perform camera inspections & provide customers clear, honest options Pull permits and ensure all work meets CA code Mentor apprentices and uphold SWAGS 5-star standards Participate in 24/7 emergency rotation Qualifications 5+ years plumbing experience Trenchless, hydro jetting, and gas line experience a big plus Strong troubleshooting + customer communication skills Valid CA driver's license, clean DMV Own basic hand tools; we provide specialty equipment + stocked van Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Pay & Benefits $35-$40hr or commission available, based on license/experience Health, dental, vision, 401k with match Take-home company van, gas card, phone PTO, holidays, performance bonuses To Apply Call (408) 539-6119 or email admin@swagsplumbing.com with your license # and resume.
