The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with process piping, pipe and fittings, P&IDs, chemical lines, DI water, drain systems, and industrial or high-purity plumbing. This role works closely with engineering, production, and service teams during equipment installation, integration, startup, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities Install, assemble, route, and connect process piping and plumbing systems. Work with piping systems for chemical delivery, DI water, drains, and wet-process equipment . Cut, fit, join, and route various pipe and tubing materials. Work with materials such as PVC, PVDF, stainless steel, and other process piping materials . Read and interpret P&IDs, engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation . Perform leak checks, pressure/testing procedures, and verify proper connections. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and process piping issues. Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on wet-process equipment. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Support equipment installation, startup, integration, and commissioning. Document installation, maintenance, testing, and repair activities. Follow required safety, quality, chemical-handling, and cleanroom procedures. Collaborate with engineering, production, and field service teams. Required Qualifications Hands-on experience as a Process Plumbing Technician, Plumbing Technician, Piping Technician, Mechanical Technician, or similar role . Experience with industrial/process piping and plumbing installation. Ability to cut, fit, route, join, and test pipes and fittings. Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and technical drawings . Strong troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair skills. Familiarity with hand and power tools. Ability to follow safety and quality procedures. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work on-site and stand for extended periods.
