You will work closely with engineering and field service teams to ensure precise routing, functionality, and safety of high-purity process piping. Key Responsibilities Assemble, route, and connect high-purity piping (PVDF, PVC, Stainless Steel) for wet benches, chemical lines, and DI water systems. Read and interpret engineering drawings, mechanical schematics, P&IDs, and process flow diagrams. Perform pressure testing, leak checks, and system integrity verification. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventive maintenance on process plumbing systems. Adhere strictly to cleanroom protocols, safety procedures, and chemical handling regulations. Maintain accurate records for installation, service, and troubleshooting activities.
Qualifications Experience:
Hands-on experience in industrial, process, or high-purity plumbing installation and troubleshooting.Material Expertise:
Demonstrated skill in cutting, fitting, joining, and testing PVDF, PVC, and Stainless Steel piping.Blueprint Reading:
Ability to read schematics, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings.Safety & Environment:
Familiarity with cleanroom protocols, chemical handling, and standard safety practices.Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Trade school or technical certification preferred).Pay:
