Job Description

Plumbing Service Technician — Join a Family-Owned Team That Invests in You Expert Plumbing & Water Heaters, Inc. (Santa Cruz County) is hiring a full-time Plumbing Service Technician. We're a highly-rated, family-owned company serving Santa Cruz County and Los Gatos, and we're looking for a skilled, customer-focused tech who takes pride in doing the job right the first time.

What you'll do: Diagnose and repair residential (and some commercial) plumbing issues Write accurate estimates and close bids using our pricing system Communicate clearly with customers and entire team Mentor and ride along with our apprentice trainee Participate in a rotating on-call schedule What we're looking for: 3+ years as a Service Plumbing Technician (required) Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work independently Excellent customer service and communication skills Clean driving record and valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Compensation & Benefits:
