Full-Time Overview NexGen (A Rooter Hero Company) is seeking a skilled Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing team in Simi Valley, CA. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with hands-on service experience who enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction, and delivering high-quality plumbing solutions. You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while providing excellent customer service and driving revenue through accurate recommendations and estimates. Responsibilities Diagnose plumbing issues and perform service and repairs on residential and commercial systems Install, maintain, and troubleshoot water, drain, and gas systems Provide clear estimates and explain repair or replacement options to customers Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company policies Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in excellent condition Participate in on-call rotation and respond to service requests as needed Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment

Requirements Must Have:

At least 1 year of service plumbing experience Must live within 30 miles of the shop (Mission Hills, CA) Must have own hand tools No more than 2 driving tickets on record Clean driving record with no DUI Valid driver's license Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with customers Ability to work weekends and on-call shifts Nice to
