Plumbing Manager Job Purpose:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Plumber to join our team. Must be motivated and passionate about delivering WOW experience.

This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems in residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, customer service experience, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibility:

Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend cost-effective solutions Perform repairs and replacements for pipes, fixtures, water heaters, gas lines, and sewer systems Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections Utilize plumbing tools and equipment safely and effectively (e.g., hydro jetting, drain cameras, pipe locators) Communicate with customers about findings, repairs, and estimates Maintain a clean and organized work area Complete job documentation and service records accurately Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and local plumbing codes.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-5 years of plumbing service experience Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable using digital tools for dispatching, invoicing, and documentation Physical Requirements Job is physically demanding
