Plumber Technician

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Job description: Lloyd's Plumbing, Inc. is seeking a skilled and reliable Service Plumbing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in plumbing systems, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Service Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for accurately diagnosing plumbing issues, providing effective solutions to customers, and ensuring all work is performed safely and in accordance with company standards.

Essential Functions:

• Accurately and effectively provide and communicate all possible plumbing solutions to Lloyd's Plumbing, Inc. customers. Possess technical knowledge that demonstrates an understanding of all possible plumbing problems and how to solve them. Ability to fit the proper solution to the plumbing problem they are working on and eliminate all guesswork. Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards. Pricing must be responsible, accurate, and based on Lloyd's Plumbing, Inc. price book. Build trust with customers and take an honest approach to customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of plumbing systems to identify issues and determine the best course of action. Perform repairs, installations, and maintenance on various plumbing fixtures and systems. Communicate effectively with customers to explain recommended solutions and answer any questions or concerns. Provide accurate estimates for services and ensure pricing is in line with company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations. Document all work performed, including parts used and services rendered, in accordance with company procedures.
