In this role, you will deliver exceptional plumbing services to residential clients, ensuring their plumbing systems operate efficiently and reliably. Your expertise will help troubleshoot, repair, and install plumbing fixtures and systems, providing top-notch service that exceeds customer expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about construction plumbing and mechanical systems to grow their skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Duties Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues using schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, and appliances in homes Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete projects accurately Read and interpret construction blueprints and schematics to ensure precise installation and repairs Perform remodeling tasks involving plumbing systems, including carpentry and assembly work as needed Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites or in clients' homes Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each project Adhere to safety protocols related to construction site experience, HVAC integration, and heavy machinery operation Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing or residential service plumbing with a strong mechanical knowledge base Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and other construction tools Knowledge of HVAC systems and remodeling processes is a plus Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in confined or elevated spaces safely Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting tasks Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for travel between job sites Handyman experience or background in assembly and remodeling projects is advantageous Join us if you're eager to bring your construction plumbing expertise into a rewarding role where every day presents new challenges!
