- + Wastewater & water treatment plants + Hospitals and healthcare facilities + Schools and universities + Correctional facilities + Hotels and large commercial buildings
- Key Responsibilities
- + Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and piping systems in commercial/industrial settings + Work across both
- plumbing (50%) and HVAC piping systems (50%)
- + Interpret blueprints, specs, and drawings + Lead and coordinate small crews in the field + Ensure jobsite safety and quality standards are met + Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other trades
- Required Experience & Qualifications
- + •Journeyman Plumber License (required)•+ •8+ years of commercial and/or industrial experience•+ Proven experience •leading crews in the field•+ Strong knowledge of: + Cast iron systems + Waste & vent systems + PVC and copper piping (heavy soldering, some press) + Threaded and steel piping + Ability to bring and maintain required hand tools (basic tools, cordless tools, torch) + Reliable transportation and ability to commute across project sites •Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills•+ HDPE fusion pipe experience + Acid waste system experience (limited exposure required) •Work Schedule•+ Typical schedule: •Monday-Friday•+
Hours:
+ 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- or•6:00 AM - 4:30 PM + •45-50 hours per week•expected + Option for •4-day workweeks (11-12 hour shifts)•+ Occasional Saturdays as needed •Compensation & Benefits•+ •$38.

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
