In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems in residential settings, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage etc. Execute high quality customer service Properly create a range of options for a homeowner or property manager Complete whole home inspections related to plumbing systems Perform drain line cleanings with cables and high pressure jetting equipment Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and soldering techniques to complete tasks efficiently and safely. Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems on-site to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Assist with remodeling projects by integrating plumbing components seamlessly into existing structures. Heavy lifting of materials and equipment required for plumbing installations and repairs. Requirements
- Must obtain a Confined Space Entry Certification within 90 days of hire.
- OSHA 10 certification (may be obtained within the first 90 days).
- Strong communication skills with homeowners and property managers
- Strong customer service skills (two years' experience preferred)
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Valid Colorado driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials
- Ability to clear sewer main lines using mechanical cabling equipment and perform video inspections using sewer camera systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues independently
- Familiarity with state and local plumbing codes
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Basic technology skills for scheduling, documentation, and invoicing systems
Qualifications Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Two (2) years of experience as a residential service plumber
Pay:
$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
