In this vital role, you will perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, ensuring all work complies with local building codes and construction regulations. Your expertise will drive project success by managing teams, interpreting technical drawings, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Duties Lead plumbing teams on multiple sites, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install or repair plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings Manage estimating processes related to plumbing scope, materials, and labor costs Ensure all plumbing work complies with local building codes, plumbing building codes, and construction regulatory standards Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of drainage and domestic water systems Conduct building code analysis to ensure project compliance and resolve any code-related issues during remodeling projects Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, HVAC components, and heavy lifting equipment safely and effectively on-site Perform field service activities including pipe repairs, system troubleshooting, and routine maintenance tasks Collaborate with project managers to review construction plans and provide accurate construction estimates for plumbing work Ensure safety protocols are followed rigorously by all team members during construction site activities Experience Proven experience as a Master Plumber with extensive background in construction and service plumbing projects Strong knowledge of local building codes, plumbing codes, and construction regulations applicable to residential and commercial projects Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and interpret construction plans accurately Hands-on experience with plumbing system maintenance & repair, pipe threading Skilled in managing teams of plumbers or field service crews within a fast-paced environment Familiarity with construction estimating processes related to plumbing materials and labor costs Excellent mechanical aptitude combined with basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations Valid driver's license with experience in commercial driving preferred for site visits or material transport purposes Join us as a Master Plumber if you're ready to lead impactful projects with confidence!
