As a Plumbing Apprentice, you will work directly under the supervision of a Licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber, receiving comprehensive on-the-job training and mentorship. You will be an essential part of our team, assisting with a wide range of residential and commercial plumbing projects. What You Will Learn & Do (Primary Responsibilities)

Hands-On Assistance:

Directly support licensed plumbers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of water, drain, waste, and vent systems.

Fixture Installation:

Assist in the proper installation of plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, faucets, water heaters, and garbage disposals.

Compliance & Safety:

Learn and strictly adhere to all federal, state, and local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company procedures.

Tool & Equipment Management:

Properly handle, maintain, and clean tools, equipment, and company vehicles.

Customer Service:

Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining a clean and organized job site.

Material Prep:

Load and unload materials and supplies, ensuring the work site is stocked and prepared for the job.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness and eagerness to learn a skilled trade and commit to a multi-year apprenticeship program. Basic understanding and familiarity with plumbing systems. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to [e.g., 50-75] lbs., climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a dependable nature. Excellent communication and professional customer service skills. A positive attitude and a team-player mentality. Attention to detail, making sure the job is completed correctly prior to leaving job site in time frame agreed upon and to the foreman's satisfaction.
