The Content Apprentice at V2 Communications is a storyteller-in-training who helps transform client ideas into compelling narratives. As a support role on account teams, the Content Writer supports client programs through short- and medium-form writing, including social copy, blog posts, bylined articles, and more. This is a role for someone who loves language, has a sharp eye for detail, an interest in B2B technology, and is eager to learn how words can shape perception and drive action. Apprentices will serve a six month term, from June 1, 2026 through November 30, 2026. Offers to remain on may be extended based on individual performance and the availability of open roles at V2. Key Responsibilities Drafting compelling, grammatically sound and message-rich blogs, bylined articles, landing page web copy, and social posts/calendars, among other short- and medium-form content assets Participating in input calls with subject matter experts to inform copywriting efforts Coordinating with internal and client stakeholders to ensure the end-to-end completion of each content deliverable from ideation, to data intake and research, to development, to design, through to publishing Developing an understanding of client key messages, differentiators and voice, and how to apply them across different written formats Delivering high-quality client service, attending regular client calls and maintaining daily communications and updates Conduct industry, competitor, and media research to inform deliverables and uncover opportunities Assist social programs as necessary with copy development, social listening, and measurement Providing administrative support to content initiatives--e.g., research, metrics reporting. Other duties as necessary Qualifications Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, English, or a related field A collaborative and curious team player who is eager to learn and contribute Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines Strong writing, editing, and research skills with attention to detail Interest in B2B technology and curiosity about industry trends Relevant internships in communications, agencies, and/or B2B tech preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows Work Environment This is a full-time hybrid role and will be expected to work from our Boston office at least three days per week, depending on client and team needs.
