Lakewood, CO Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Advisor with a strong background in sewer line services, drain cleaning, and plumbing inspections. This position will focus on diagnosing sewer line issues, recommending solutions, and providing exceptional customer service while supporting the company's growth in drain cleaning and plumbing inspection services.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in plumbing, sewer line services, and drain cleaning required. Experience performing plumbing inspections and identifying repair or replacement opportunities. Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and sewer line diagnostics. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to explain recommendations and solutions to homeowners in a professional manner. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Preferred Experience:
Sewer line inspections and assessments. Drain cleaning and drain maintenance services. Residential plumbing sales or advisory experience. Use of sewer cameras and diagnostic equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform sewer line evaluations and inspections. Recommend repair and replacement options to customers. Support drain cleaning services and identify additional plumbing needs. Maintain accurate documentation and inspection reports. Provide outstanding customer service and follow company procedures
