We pride ourselves on delivering quality service and building lasting relationships within our community. Overview We are seeking a Licensed Service Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure building code compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction while working on a variety of projects that challenge your skills and grow your experience. Duties Commercial/ Res Service Plumbing Remodel, new construction plumbing experience. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, gas piping, and appliances in accordance with local building codes and schematics Read construction plans, blueprints, and schematics to accurately execute plumbing projects Perform pipe threading, pipe installation, welding, and heavy lifting tasks safely on construction sites or service calls Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance Adhere to safety regulations and construction site protocols while working with power tools, hand tools, and HVAC systems Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about work performed and future maintenance needs Assist in remodeling or handyman projects as needed to support overall building system functionality Qualifications Valid license as a Service Plumber with relevant state or local licensing requirements Construction experience with residential and commercial plumbing installations and repairs Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction plans Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading tools Knowledge of plumbing building codes, gas piping systems, HVAC integration, and safety regulations Experience with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO), mechanical knowledge, and building code compliance Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work on construction sites with varied conditions Basic math skills for measurements and calculations; carpentry or remodeling experience is a plus Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values craftsmanship, safety, and exceptional service.
