Job Requirements:

Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills Ability to provide repair versus replacement options to customers Basic computer skills Reliable and punctual attendance Commitment to company values and systems Maintain a clean and professional appearance Responsive and productive in a team environment Participate in weekly technical, customer service, and sales training Experience with Service Titan software preferred Experience with Nexstar Network preferred Be a responsible driver Pass a background check Pass a drug-test and maintain a drug-free status through ongoing, random drug tests Set and meet personal and professional goals Motivated to grow and promote in a fast-growing company

Experience:

3+ years of experience with diagnostic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing Must hold a Colorado Master Plumber License or Colorado Journeyman License.
