Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems & HVAC across various job sites. You will ensure that plumbing installations meet safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial remodels to new construction, utilizing your technical skills and mechanical knowledge to deliver high-quality results. Pay is determined by experience and certifications, licensing for plumbing is required. We will also accept candidates that will be testing for licensure soon. Hours vary, 30-40+ hours/week available. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on various job sites. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation and troubleshooting. Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete plumbing tasks efficiently. Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for pipe installation and system assembly in various environments. Conduct remodeling projects by replacing or upgrading existing plumbing infrastructure with attention to detail. Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing work with carpentry, HVAC systems, and other trades. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Experience Valid license as a professional plumber with proven experience in construction plumbing and HVAC projects. Valid, regular drivers license. Hands-on experience working on construction sites with knowledge of heavy lifting and site safety protocols. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings related to plumbing systems. Familiarity with welding techniques, pipe threading, and the use of various hand tools and power tools. Knowledge of HVAC systems and general mechanical principles. Experience in remodeling or handyman work that involves plumbing or carpentry is advantageous. Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements, material estimates, and system layouts.
