In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across a variety of commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from new construction to remodeling and repairs, utilizing your technical skills and mechanical knowledge to deliver top-quality results. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites or during remodeling projects. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts. Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to assemble and install plumbing components. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to OSHA safety standards. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and perform preventative maintenance. Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including schematics updates and inspection reports. Experience Proven field service experience working on construction sites or in remodeling environments as a plumber or related tradesperson. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately. Hands-on experience with construction plumbing, pipe threading, welding, and the use of hand tools and power tools. Knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical systems, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and proper use of heavy lifting techniques. Carpentry or handyman experience is a plus for versatile project support. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or ability to operate company vehicles is desirable but not mandatory.
