Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a skilled Plumber, where your expertise will be essential in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across a variety of commercial and residential projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilizing your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills to deliver high-quality results. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and repairs. Perform welding tasks when necessary to secure pipe joints and fittings, ensuring durability and safety. Conduct remodeling projects by assembling plumbing fixtures and integrating new systems into existing structures. Operate heavy machinery and perform heavy lifting to move materials safely around construction sites. Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing work with carpentry, HVAC, and other trades for seamless project execution. Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites, maintaining a clean and hazard-free environment. Requirements Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of plumbing systems and installation techniques. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings accurately. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment. Knowledge of HVAC systems and schematics is highly desirable. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces for extended periods. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or experience driving construction vehicles is a plus.
