Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Plumber to join our team and help us deliver exceptional plumbing services across residential and commercial projects. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. Your expertise in construction plumbing, water systems, and mechanical knowledge will be vital in providing top-notch service to our clients. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings, adhering to local building codes and schematics Operate hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, and pipe threading equipment with precision and safety Conduct drain cleaning using specialized tools and techniques to ensure unobstructed water flow Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately execute plumbing installations and repairs Perform plumbing system inspections to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions Use welding skills when necessary for pipe repairs or modifications on construction sites Maintain the integrity of water systems through routine system maintenance and troubleshooting of complex plumbing issues Qualifications Proven construction experience with a strong background in residential and commercial plumbing projects Proficiency in welding, drain cleaning, pipe threading, and the use of hand tools and power tools Knowledge of local building codes, schematics, blueprint reading, and mechanical systems Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and work from detailed schematics Experience operating company vehicles safely within local driving regulations (including commercial driving if applicable) Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients on-site Physical ability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and performing remodeling or handyman tasks as needed Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing layouts Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality plumbing solutions!
