Commercial Pipe Fitter Commercial Swimming Pool Construction Company Full-Time Position About Us Weller Pools is a commercial swimming pool construction company specializing in large-scale aquatic facilities including municipal pools, lazy rivers, competition pools, splash pads, and water features. We are seeking experienced Commercial Pipe Fitters to join our team. This position requires periodic travel to project sites and reliable personal transportation. Position Summary The Commercial Pipe Fitter is responsible for installing and maintaining plumbing systems associated with commercial aquatic facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with pool-related plumbing systems, underground and overhead piping installation, and aquatic hydraulic systems. Key Responsibilities Install underground piping systems for commercial pool construction projects Install overhead piping systems within equipment rooms Read and interpret plumbing blueprints, plans, and specifications Demonstrate knowledge of pool plumbing means and methods Work with and understand aquatic hydraulic systems Run plumbing systems at required elevations and ensure proper alignment and grading Assist with general pool construction activities as needed outside of plumbing scope Maintain safe work practices and job site cleanliness Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades on site Qualifications Experience in commercial plumbing or pipe fitting (pool experience preferred) Strong understanding of aquatic hydraulic systems Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience installing underground and overhead piping systems Ability to work at precise elevations and maintain system tolerances Ability to travel periodically to job sites Reliable personal transportation required Ability to lift heavy materials and work in outdoor environments Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude Employment Details Full-time position Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement Benefits 401(k)/Matching Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off HSA You should be proficient in: Excavator Operation Skid Steer Operation Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10) Construction Site Installation Field Measurements Tape Measure Reading Maintenance and Repair Skills Mechanical Assembly Skills Meets Physical Requirements
