We are looking for a top-tier Lead Plumber who is highly independent and ready to take charge. For the first 30-60 days, you will work on your own to get a feel for our projects. Once you show us what you can do, we will build a team around you. This position is on a fast track to becoming a Foreman/Managerial role very quickly for the right person.

Job Responsibilities:
Run plumbing jobs independently from start to finish. Work on both residential and commercial projects (remodels, new builds, restaurants, gyms, etc.). Read blueprints and perform accurate material take-offs . Transition into leading, managing, and training your own team as we grow.
Requirements:
Experience:
5+ years of professional plumbing experience (Residential & Commercial).
Piping Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with PVC, Cast Iron, and soldering copper piping .
Blueprint Reading:
Must be able to read prints and plan layouts.
Take-offs:
Ability to estimate materials needed for a job.
Gas Piping:
Experience with gas lines is a major plus.
Driver's License:
Clean driving record required to drive the company van.
Mindset:
A self-starter who isn't afraid to take charge and solve problems.
