In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing reverse osmosis (RO) water systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with water treatment technology, construction projects, and plumbing systems while providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Duties Install, troubleshoot, and repair reverse osmosis water filtration systems in residential and commercial settings. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately assemble and position components. Use hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, and other equipment to complete installations efficiently. Conduct plumbing system maintenance and repairs, including pipe fitting, welding, drain cleaning, and assembly tasks. Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations while adhering to company standards. Operate company vehicles responsibly to transport equipment and materials to job sites. Perform remodeling or handyman tasks as needed to support system installation or upgrades. Engage with customers professionally by explaining system functions, answering questions, and providing exceptional service throughout the installation process. Skills Proven construction experience with a strong understanding of plumbing systems—residential and commercial. Skilled in welding, drain cleaning, assembly, remodeling, and the use of hand tools and power tools. Familiarity with plumbing inspection cameras for diagnosing issues within water systems. Knowledge of local building codes and blueprint reading for accurate installation planning. Ability to interpret technical drawings and perform basic math calculations for precise measurements. Experience operating heavy machinery or company vehicles safely in construction site environments. Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients. Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks on construction sites. Handyman experience or construction site experience that demonstrates versatility in troubleshooting and repairs.
