What We're Looking For At least 2+ years of Residential Plumbing Experience including repairs, maintenance, and drain calls. Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Professional appearance and communication skills to act as an ambassador of our company. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. A willingness to learn new plumbing techniques, products and technologies. Ability to work in Florida's climate. The ability to pass a drug test + sex offender & background screening. Responsibilities Educate customers on concerns or issues then present a solution including repairs, upgrades, and replacements. Maintain communication with dispatch management, CSR teams to ensure safety, compliance with a great experience and seamless service. Cut fittings in walls and floors as needed to accommodate pipes and fittings. Cut and thread pipes. Assemble and install valve pipes, pipe fittings and pipes. Install and repair plumbing fixtures. Repair / replace / maintain plumbing by replacing washers in leaky faucets, mending pipes, and opening clogged drains. Accurately document work performed to include customer interactions within ServiceTitan. Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure and build lasting relationships and trust.
