Myers / Southwest

While prior repiping or plumbing experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Pay Range $70,000 - $90,000 annually Responsibilities Perform residential and light commercial repiping projects (water, drain, and sewer lines). Assist with diagnosing plumbing issues and recommending appropriate solutions. Remove and replace old or damaged piping systems efficiently and safely. Work with various piping materials including PEX, copper, and PVC. Maintain clean and organized job sites while adhering to safety standards. Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding job progress and expectations. Complete work orders, documentation, and basic reporting accurately. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards.

Qualifications / Requirements

Prior plumbing or repiping experience preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials is a plus. Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, and crawlspaces. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (if applicable).
