This is a hands-on position with paid training and real opportunities to grow into a full plumber role. No plumbing experience required — we will train the right person. Responsibilities Assist lead plumber on residential service calls Learn plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance Load/unload tools and materials Maintain clean and organized job sites Follow instructions and safety guidelines Requirements Reliable transportation (must show up daily) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Able to lift 50 lbs and work in various conditions Punctual and dependable Must be able to communicate in Spanish for day-to-day work with the team Any Construction experience preferred. Experience with tools is a plus Pay & Benefits $17-$20/hour (based on reliability & attitude) Paid training Opportunity to grow into a full plumber role Steady, consistent work Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday (occasional weekends if needed)
