Jenkins Plumbing is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Warranty/Service Technician to join our growing team. If you take pride in your workmanship, enjoy troubleshooting plumbing issues, and are committed to providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform warranty and service calls for residential plumbing systems. Diagnose and repair plumbing issues efficiently and accurately. Inspect plumbing installations to ensure they meet company standards and applicable codes. Complete repairs related to fixtures, water heaters, drain systems, water lines, and other plumbing components. Clearly explain repairs and recommendations to homeowners in a professional manner. Document service calls, repairs performed, and materials used. Maintain an organized service vehicle and company equipment. Work closely with the construction and warranty teams to resolve homeowner concerns promptly. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Represent Jenkins Plumbing with professionalism and excellent customer service at every job site. Qualifications Previous residential plumbing experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage daily service appointments. Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and local plumbing codes. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
